Jazz à Beaune - jazz and wine festival, 12th edition

Once again Jazz à Beaune, the jazz and wine festival, repeats the succes that has attracted musicians and music lovers alike for 12 years in a row
The festival takes over town with a two-sided programme: great international jazz musicians mix with young and upcoming talents – and the audience is thrilled.
Each concert starts with a fun and relaxed tasting of Burgundy wines. You won't find this kind of atmosphere anywhere else!
Programme :
15-16 September 2012: “LES VENDANGES DU JAZZ”. Free open-air concerts. Jazz bands playing at the Place Carnot.
18, 19 and 20 October 2012: “LA PAULEE DU JAZZ”, the best part of the festival. Concerts (with admission fees) with great, internationally renowned artists.
Before each concert, a tasting of Burgundy wines will awaken your tastebuds at the CHAPELLE SAINT-ETIENNE.
Saturday 20 October 2012: After the last concert, the party continues in the café La Comédie du Vin in Beaune. The iconic Joseph Lapchine Quartet will play for a small audience. Participants can enjoy a light meal and a glass of wine. The concert will be followed by jam sessions with lots of musicians until the end of the night.
