Since 2005, the Beaune Tourist Office (which became in January 2009 the Beaune branch of the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal*** “Beaune, Côte et Sud”) has become involved into the process of obtaining the « Tourism Quality » label aiming at offering a quality service and ensuring a steady level of performance in the reception of tourists. Numerous actions have been implemented in order to ensure the satisfaction of visitors and customers. The main objectives are the satisfaction of customers and the constant improvement of provided services, especially in matters of reception of the general public and services given to local providers and institutional partners in Burgundy. In December 2007, after an audit, the Beaune Tourist Office obtained the « Tourism Quality » label (delivered by the Ministry of Tourism) and became a regional as well as national reference .
