This year, the End-of-Year celebrations will be a warming affair. Warming to warm our hearts with family or friends. And warming, because being together is good for morale, as well as warming the atmosphere, something we all need. Meeting up over an excellent dinner is a safe bet. Restaurants are already buzzing on the Côte de Beaune. Chefs have a smile on their faces and talk incessantly about New Year's Eve menus. They scribble things down, cross them out, get carried away, cook up new ideas and get creative in all the kitchens of Pays Beaunois. Some have shown their hand and already published their holiday menus. For others, our team remains on alert and this article will be updated in due course.

This restaurant has 1 Michelin star, and it's well deserved. In the kitchen, the team’s expertise is impeccable. The dishes are amazing and brilliant. Loyal customers regularly come back to indulge themselves, always ending up fully satisfied. The chef of Japanese origin, Keishi Sugimura, has concocted a menu mixing East and West, where beef Tataki rubs shoulders with Monkfish accompanied by a Sabayon with vin jaune.
There’s a good feeling in the cosy room at 21 Boulevard. You can enjoy delicious dishes and appreciate the smiling, attentive staff. And what about the wine list, where 750 references are available.

No New Year's Eve dinner, but delicacies galore for Restaurant Ed'Em in Puligny-Montrachet. There’s savoury (smoked trout, snail nibbles, caviar from Aquitaine, Bresse capon...) and sweet for sugar-seekers (chocolates, glacé chestnuts...).
