Your Christmas Eve in Beaune

The Chef at Loiseau des Vignes, Mourad Haddouche, offers a menu based on shellfish and poultry from Louhans. He hasn’t forgotten duck foie gras, which he serves pan-fried. Your Christmas Eve in Burgundy, near Beaune

In Saône et Loire, Château de Couches hides a treasure behind its walls: young chef Adèle Joby, who expertly manages her troops at the restaurant "Le Blason de Vair". Her Christmas menu, served only on Christmas Eve, has pigeon as its core ingredient.

Your Christmas lunch in Burgundy, near Beaune

Back to the Côte d'Or, and Sainte Sabine, where the restaurant Le Lassey at Château de Sainte Sabine has a very warm welcome, as always. The young, but no less talented, Chef Benjamin Linard is in charge of the kitchens for his very first Christmas Lunch at Lassey. Authentic and delicious, in his dishes you’ll find your childhood favourites, guaranteed to satisfy your adult requirements.

Your New Year's Eve in Beaune

Just off the town centre and not far from places where you can party until the end of the night, the Chef at the Cheval Noir, Benoit Deval, took inspiration from Japanese and Asian cuisine to compose his New Year's Eve menu. Our offices are right next door, and we can already smell the smoke from the “aiguillette de Saint-Pierre”.

 
A thousand flavours for this New Year's menu at Loiseau des Vignes. Mourad Haddouche displays all his creativity in the dishes on offer. It’s the promise of true enchantment for the taste buds.

The restaurant of the IBIS Hotel in Beaune, the Ferme aux Vins, is pulling out all the stops: a dance party for the last day of 2019. You can say hello to 2020 by swinging to the music of the "Illicite Musique" orchestra.

And around Beaune: where to spend New Year's Eve?

The Charlemagne in Pernand Vergelesses remains faithful to its Japanese inspirations for its New Year's Eve menu. Chefs Laurent Peugeot and Jordan Prot haven’t forgotten local produce, offering, for example, appetisers with truffle or warm foie gras with blackcurrant, pear and gingerbread.

At Château de Gilly, you can enjoy a gourmet dance evening. Jazz and blues for dinner and 70s and 80s to dance to after the excellent meal - that’s the way to spend a memorable New Year's Eve.

How does New Year's Eve at the restaurant L'air du Temps, in their room with its ubiquitous stones, take your fancy? Frédérique and Fabrice NOIR welcome you in with an introduction to their menu put together with real passion. A fillet of capon with sweetbreads ... oh well ... you'll have to wait a little longer.

Just a stone's throw from Beaune, in Chorey les Beaune, the Ermitage de Corton will be delighted to welcome you for an elegant evening overlooking the Butte de Corton. Vincent Chirat has great respect for the food he works with and strives to serve up truly authentic dishes. His New Year's Eve menu does just that.

At Château de Chailly, the last evening of 2019 takes place in Venice. Gourmets will be delighted with a meal made up of food and wine inspired by the Italian lakeside city. And dancers won’t be left out thanks to the musical entertainment provided by the duo By Men.

 

The catering services have published their menus for the festive season in Beaune and its surrounding areas

No need to leave the comfort of home for your Christmas or New Year's meal. But neither do you need to spend your day in front of the stove. Don’t worry, our artisan caterers have got everything planned and can offer you a choice of menus for your festive lunches or dinners.

The Ed.Em Restaurant in Chassagne-Montrachet offers a well-stocked menu for your festive meals. We've already got our eye on the Norwegian omelette for dessert! But before we discuss dessert, the mallard duck and foie gras has also caught our eye!  Please note that for Christmas dinner, reservations must be made before 20 December. Please also note: the restaurant itself is closed on 24, 25 and 31 December 2019.
