This workshop is illustrated by a guided tasting of 5 Crémants de Bourgogne accompanied by 5 mouthfuls of emblematic regional festive products.
The diversity of Crémants de Bourgogne means you'll be able to match your festive meals to perfection! From the nature of the dish to its detailed analysis, seek culinary harmony and originality by defining the main principles of food and wine pairing!

Number of Crémants de Bourgogne tasted: 5 Crémants de Bourgogne (accompanied by 5 must-try appetisers for our festive meals).

The 45-minute workshops are held at the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne in Beaune. They are open to anyone aged 18 and over (minors are not permitted), with no prior knowledge of the wine world or Burgundy wines.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your workshop to validate your ticket. Our instructor will be on hand to welcome you and guide you throughout the workshop.
