  • 5pm: Visit to the distillery. History of the distillers in Burgundy and their role in the grape cycle. Explanation of the marc distillation process.

    5:30pm: Tasting of 6 eaux-de-vie in the ageing cellar. Explanation of the ageing periods and their impact. Explanation of the blending technique.

    6pm: Aperitif with sausages, bacon and potatoes cooked in the alcohol vapours from the still.
