Nicolas or Thierry, the owner of the Or des Valois, invite you into the world of the Truffle.

After discovering our activity and the secrets of the truffle, we will accompany you into the park to show you the work of our dogs.

You can then enjoy a truffle lunch, from starter to dessert, cooked on the spot.

Example of menu, which can vary according to the season:

Aperitif: Toast tapenade, truffle sausage and a glass of ratatruffe.

Appetizer: Rabbit terrine, parsley ham, and poultry rillettes with Burgundy truffles, accompanied by a green salad and slices of fresh truffles.

Hot dish : Potato crush with truffle butter and chicken fillet with Burgundy truffle sauce.

Cheese: Small goat's cheese corks topped with truffled honey and fresh cheese mixed with Burgundy truffles.

Dessert: Chocolate fondant with truffle whipped cream.
