The speciality: sumibi-yaki (sumi=coal, bissoh uses Japanese charcoal "BINCHOTAN", bi=fire, yaki=grillade) of Japanese beef "Boeuf de Miyazaki" and Limousin beef matured for 40 days or quality fish.
