We invite you to discover the making of our emblematic sweet, a rare delicacy made entirely by hand. Each sweet we make has its own unique know-how. Our traditional techniques, carefully preserved, make our sweets original and tasty creations. Our sweets are prepared and shaped by hand. When you visit us, you'll be able to discover all the stages involved in making sugar, from the moment it comes out of the pan to the final sweet. This demonstration will help you understand the artisanal techniques and appreciate the meticulous work that makes our sweets so special. Marion and Benoit, confectioners since 2020, will be delighted to welcome you to their workshop. They will share their passion for the craft with you. Their enthusiasm and expertise.
