Visit the winery and taste 6 wines. Domaine Debray is a family-run wine estate in the heart of Beaune, just a few metres from the famous hospices. Created in 2006 by Yvonnick Debray, a passionate wine distributor, Domaine Debray is now one of the youngest estates in Burgundy! The 4-hectare vineyard, scattered across the Côte de Beaune, is worked using traditional methods to produce quality wines. Located just a stone's throw from the Hospices de Beaune, this estate welcomes you for a tour of the winery and cellar, with an explanation of the various stages in the winemaking process, from the arrival of the grapes to bottling.
