Their network of subterranean rooms and dark corridors decorated with Burgundy grands crus is an impressive sight to explore. To help you find your way around, there are labels with names that make you dream, and bottles that have been maturing in the cellars for many years. Coming to Beaune during the weekend of the Wine Sale is an opportunity to visit these exceptional cellars and taste a few good bottles.
Tasting highlights
- A selection of some fifteen works by contemporary artists, presented throughout the cellars in collaboration with Art in Situ.
- An immersive exhibition at the Cave aux Arômes, immersing you in a visual and olfactory experience of the 12 aromatic families of Burgundy wines.

Grands Terroirs de Bourgogne tasting
The Marché aux Vins welcomes you for a tasting of 6 wines in its 15th century cellars. The opportunity to taste exceptional wines, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus such as the Meursault “du Château” 2023 from Château de Meursault, the Puligny-Montrachet 2022 from Domaine Jean-Louis Chavy, and the Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru “Aux Echanges” 2021 from Domaine Christophe Buisson🤩. Their catalogue is varied and features wines from a number of estates in Côte de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
