Bookings for the 165th Hospices de Beaune Wine Sale will open in September 2025! The Wine Sale Weekend will take place from 14 to 16 November 2025. The cellars and estates are organising exceptional tastings. Find out where to taste at a reduced price. Here is our selection of early-booking tastings in Beaune, Meursault, Pommard, Santenay and Savigny-les-Beaune. From regional appellations to the great vintages of Burgundy, come and taste the best bottles from the wineries at the best price.

10 great Burgundy wines to taste

Caves Patriarche

The Caves Patriarche are worth the diversions alone. Their network of subterranean rooms and dark corridors decorated with Burgundy grands crus is an impressive sight to explore. To help you find your way around, there are labels with names that make you dream, and bottles that have been maturing in the cellars for many years. Coming to Beaune during the weekend of the Wine Sale is an opportunity to visit these exceptional cellars and taste a few good bottles.

Tasting highlights

  • A selection of some fifteen works by contemporary artists, presented throughout the cellars in collaboration with Art in Situ.
  • An immersive exhibition at the Cave aux Arômes, immersing you in a visual and olfactory experience of the 12 aromatic families of Burgundy wines.
Grands Terroirs de Bourgogne tasting

Wine Market

The Marché aux Vins welcomes you for a tasting of 6 wines in its 15th century cellars. The opportunity to taste exceptional wines, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus such as the Meursault “du Château” 2023 from Château de Meursault, the Puligny-Montrachet 2022 from Domaine Jean-Louis Chavy, and the Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru “Aux Echanges” 2021 from Domaine Christophe Buisson🤩. Their catalogue is varied and features wines from a number of estates in Côte de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune.

You can sample these little treasures at Millésimes à la Carte. Travel back in time with a tasting of old vintages. Prestigious vintages such as an Olivier Leflaive 1994 Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru or a Beaune 1923 F. Moreau & Fils await you.

Tasting of 6 wines

Château de Meursault

Escape from the hustle and bustle of Beaune town centre to the typical Côte de Beaune village of Meursault. Château de Meursault offers a tour that’s as much about wine as it is about history. The experience begins with a tour of the incredible cellars, some of which date back to the 11th century. Then the tasting will focus on 6 prestigious Côte de Beaune wines of your choice.

Wine tasting at Bouchard Aîné & Fils in Beaune is a unique experience. Discover exceptional vintages in the cellar, and enjoy an immersion in the world of Burgundy wine.
