Immersed in the Burgundy wine world from an early age thanks to my family, wine has always been an integral part of my life. I've followed a distinct professional path, but wine has always had a special place in my life. In 2022, I took the plunge and opened the Maison Billy in Corcelles les Arts. Today, I share this precious heritage by offering a meticulous selection of wines from Burgundy and other regions, complemented by wine-tasting workshops. My mission is to pass on to you this love of wine, which is part of my roots, through every bottle sold and every tasting experience offered.
