Authentic cuisine:

As a 100% Côte-d'Or restaurant ambassador, our restaurant welcomes you in a friendly, authentic atmosphere, with seasonal cuisine that celebrates local produce and Burgundy traditions. The Brasserie des Halles was born out of a shared passion between Auxey-Duresses-based winemaker Justine Prunier-Damy and Chef Spencer Magnin.

Together, as co-owners of the place, they bring to life a sincere and generous cuisine, deeply rooted in our terroir.

Spencer Magnin sublimates Burgundy produce with passion and creativity. His authentic cuisine honours Burgundy's culinary traditions while adding his own personal touch.

Justine Prunier-Damy brings her expertise of Burgundy's terroir to the table, offering a selection of authentic estate wines.
