Originally from Naples, he has been based in Burgundy since 2020. During his career, he has worked in a number of luxury establishments, including the Armani Hotel in Milan, the CINI in Leicester and the Madai restaurant in Porto Cervo.
Before setting up his own business last year, he worked for 3 years at the Comédie des Vins (Beaune).
He had the opportunity to cook for the Maison Chanzy at the end of the summer of 2024 for 2 months and is returning for the 2026 season.
