In a friendly, guiguette-style atmosphere, we offer you a traditional Aveyron dish: Aligot Saucisse, prepared on the premises - the sausages are grilled on the vines.
To accompany this dish, we suggest a glass of Pommard 1er Cru Les Grands Epenots 2023.

Wines by the glass will be available (for sale) from other appellations on the estate.
