The Dole diary was written by the Hospitaller Sisters of Dole, who were attached to the Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune at the time. Mathias Compagnon, archivist at the Beaune Municipal Archives, and Andréa Hautevelle, archivist at the Hôtel-Dieu, present and decipher this archive, restored thanks to the generosity of the association Hommage aux Dames hospitalières de Beaune.
