An evening like no other to celebrate the Copiaus, a troupe founded a hundred years ago that brought theatre to the villages of Burgundy, in the squares and back rooms of inns, before spreading throughout France and abroad.
Improvisations, revisited classics, shows that mix theatre, dance, music and mime, often inspired by words collected from local people, celebrations of vines and wine... the Copiaus have never ceased to explore the new paths of a theatre that is both learned and popular.
They were young, they liked to party and they liked to share. In their image, the Maison Jacques Copeau is concocting a revue full of surprises with artists from all generations, based around numbers, rare texts, stories and songs!
