Les Vinéales - 20° édition

"Les Vinéales" is organised by the 1st year BTS Technico-Commercial students at Beaune's Lycée viticole. This year's show will feature 26 exhibitors from all over France, as well as a Chilean winemaker, a brewer and a distiller. New this year: on Saturday, Jean-Alain POITEVIN, chef at "L'Orée des Vignes", will be offering a 100% Côte d'Or tasting with a dish combining eggs and cheese. On Sunday at around 11am, a workshop will be devoted to wine and champagne tasting. On the forecourt of Les Halles, visitors can discover the cooper's trade, with a demonstration of how to assemble, burn and bend a barrel. There will also be a gourmet area where visitors can sample local products such as charcuterie and cheese. There will also be a children's area, where youngsters can take part in workshops just for them.
