Extension with children's playroom with miller's ladder to a bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90). Bathroom. WC. A comfortable staircase leads to the main floor of the house: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, each with a dressing room. 2 adjoining bedrooms with 2 single beds for the first and a folding double bed for the second. A shower room with WC. Ideal layout to accommodate 3 families in a family reunion! Sheets and final cleaning included. 1 baby bed and high chair. Oil heating according to daily rate and electricity according to meter reading. Wood provided.
Enclosed exterior with parking for 2 cars (2 other spaces in the street). Terrace and semi-buried wooden swimming pool (dimensions 7.5 m x 4 m and 1.15 m deep) open from May to September depending on the weather. Kitchen garden and pizza oven. Arrivals and departures possible from Friday to Monday only.
