    La Saint-Vincent Tournante is a wine festival held every year in Burgundy to celebrate the patron saint of winegrowers, Saint Vincent.

  • Where does Saint-Vincent Tournante take place in 2026?

    The 2025 Saint-Vincent Tournante took place in Ladoix-Serrigny. In 2026, it’s the villages of the Maranges that have the honour! See you on 24 and 25 January 2026 at Cheilly-lès-Maranges, Dezize-lès-Maranges and Sampigny-lès-Maranges to celebrate Saint-Vincent!

  • What dates are planned for Saint-Vincent Tournante 2026?

    The Saint-Vincent Tournante will take place on 24 and 25 January 2026. The 100% Côte d’Or Village that many Burgundians are familiar with will be on hand with local producers to delight you. Other stalls will be selling meurette eggs, parsley-glazed ham, regional cheeses, snails and more. And a bit of the ‘exotic’ with oysters, pizza, tartiflette… The full programme will be announced in the coming months, but here’s a sneak preview of what’s in store this weekend… Here’s the programme:Saturday 24 January:

    • 7:30am: Start of the parade
    • 8am: Wreath-laying ceremony at the Monument aux Morts
    • 10:30am: Saint-Vincent Tournante Mass
    • 11am:Opening of the tasting cellars and start of the events
    • 12pm:Inductions
    • 5pm: closing of the cellars

    Sunday 26 January :

    • 10am:Opening of the tasting cellars and start of the ani­mations
    • 5pm: closing of the cellars
  • How can I take part in the Saint-Vincent Tournante?

    To take part in the Saint-Vincent Tournante, you can buy a Saint Vincent tasting kit. In general, this kit is 20 euros and includes:

    • a collector’s glass specially created for the Saint-Vincent event in the organising village. It is engraved with the Saint-Vincent 2026 logo,
    • a glass holder to wear around the neck to keep your hands free
    • a booklet with a map of the various tasting venues and entertainment,
    • 8 tasting tickets = the chance to taste wines from different wineries.

      Children can often take part à the Saint-Vincent, as the organisers are offering a special children’s kit à 6€ including:

      • An ecocup and a tote-bag
      • 2 drink tickets and a snack ticket
      • A treasure hunt booklet, a pencil pouch and access to the manèges

      The kits are available on the official website. Be prepared and buy the kits online. The pass gives you access to the various participating wineries and to the festivities. Buy your kits online On the online shop you’ll also find goodies, the poster and the banquet receptions.

      Yes, the event often offers activities for all the family, such as dances, musical entertainment, children’s activities and food stalls. It’s a friendly party for all ages. From the youngest à grandma and grandpa, everyone has fun à la Saint-Vincent.

      To find accommodation during the Saint-Vincent Tournante, consult our site for accommodation closest to the event. Les Maranges is very close to Santenay, so take the opportunity to stroll through the village, between vineyards and thermal baths, relax at the thermal spa, and take a peaceful stroll near the mill. Not far from here, you’ll also find the village of Saint-Aubin. You can spend the day at the chateau of Saint-Aubin, where the Prosper Maufoux estate welcomes you to the heart of the vineyard.       It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that is adapted to the weather, as part of the event takes place outdoors. Casual clothing and comfortable shoes are generally appropriate. You will need to cover a few kilometres during the day in the narrow streets of the villages.

    • Can I buy wines during the Saint-Vincent Tournante?

      The main activity is wine tasting on site, but many of the participating wineries will be selling their wines during the event. Take the opportunity to bring home a few bottles as a souvenir of your weekend in Burgundy. And if you decide to place a larger order, most winegrowers offer delivery. Don’t hesitate to go into the wineries that are opening their doors to ask them about it.

      Saint-Vincent is celebrated on 22 January, the patron saint of winegrowers, and represents solidarity between winegrowers.
