Founded in Nuits-Saint-Georges in 2009, Marchand-Tawse was born of the collaboration between Pascal Marchand and Moray Tawse, with a shared ambition: to make authentic wines that are faithful to the expression of Burgundy's terroirs. Committed to environmentally-friendly viticulture, the estate works all its vines (9.5ha) organically, using an approach inspired by biodynamics. Marchand-Tawse is also a wine merchant.
To share this philosophy and introduce visitors to the vintages, Marchand-Tawse has a shop in Beaune to welcome visitors. Tastings are organised there, with three different options, enabling visitors to explore the diversity of appellations, from villages to grands crus.
The boutique also sells wines direct from the estate, and ships them to customers in France and abroad.
