A ‘farm-to-table’ restaurant at the Château in Mimande. The menu features simple, unprocessed produce with strong local roots. Chez Armand is open for lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and for dinner on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I am a farmer and I want to show that it is possible to eat healthily with home-style cooking prepared with care and using produce whose origins we know. The meat – beef and lamb – comes directly from my farm, 20 minutes from Chassagne-Montrachet. A permaculture garden is currently being created at the Château to provide the accompanying vegetables.
