At the foot of Beaune's ramparts, the Caveau des Arches is housed in the former moat of the fortified town, in a beautiful 17th-century cellar. The lively, friendly atmosphere makes it a firm favourite with the people of Beaune.
The Chef invites you to discover a traditional cuisine, fresh and tasty, using the finest local Burgundy produce.
A wide range of wines from Burgundy and many other regions, as well as exceptional bottles such as Romanée Conti, enliven the wine list, a selection that you can enjoy in the ground floor bar, along with your aperitif or your coffee, digestif, if you wish.
