To mark the 166th Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, Bouchard Aîné & Fils invites you to come aboard the Normandie for an exceptional tour and tasting, from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026.
The journey begins in the historic salons of the Bouchard Pavilion, before continuing into our 18th-century cellars.
Over the course of nine stops, enjoy a welcome glass followed by eight great Burgundy wines, including a white wine straight from the barrel, two cuvées from the Hospices de Beaune and two Grands Crus.
A journey through the heart of Burgundy’s finest wines, punctuated by six gourmet pairings, designed as a true travelogue exploring heritage, terroirs and discovery.
The tour and tasting comprises 9 stops: 1 welcome drink, 8 Burgundy wines and 6 gourmet pairings.
