Description
Ceramic Art Day will be held in the charming village of Morteuil, in the heart of a 5-hectare park planted with Mediterranean species and surrounding a 19th-century building.
This event pays tribute to a unique place, a veritable bohemian oasis, which in the 1970s and 1980s was a haven for many international artists: musicians and visual artists, painters and visual artists such as Robert Doisneau, Sempé, Bram van Velde, Jean Tinguely, Jean Messagier, as well as Andrée Putman and Brigitte Fossey.
Ceramic Art Day is intended to be a place for opening up, sharing and passing on, where creation and arts and crafts play an essential role. It's a lively place, designed as a forum for encounters and dialogue, where skills are passed on, where gestures are responded to, and where art is at the heart of our philosophy.
at the heart of our philosophy.
