Gazeboo, the recipe: in a crock pot, make a brown roux, the base of your dish that will give it strength and consistency with a good drum groove and double bass accompaniment! Then add a few colourful keyboard notes and a good dose of piano. Perfect it all with a sweet and spicy vocal that you throw into the pot. The whole thing simmers on a low heat for a few minutes, giving off a whiff of good humour and Latin jazz and soul sounds!
