In a friendly, open-air café-style atmosphere, we offer a traditional dish from the Aveyron region: Aligot with Sausage, prepared on site – the sausages are grilled over vine shoots and served with a glass of Pommard 1er Cru “Les Grands Epenots” 2024 Wines by the glass will be available for purchase from the estate’s other appellations.
