Discover the secrets behind the production of Crémants de Bourgogne on an immersive audio-guided tour of our production site.
As you make your way through the tour, explore our ageing cellars, the production workshops, and the robots and automated systems used in the traditional method. These pieces of equipment are a true testament to the evolution of our craft, illustrating the blend of expertise and the most innovative technologies.
Projections on giant screens also punctuate the tour, immersing you in the history and world of our House.
A lively tour accessible to all, where tradition, innovation and heritage come together to reveal the behind-the-scenes story of how Crémants de Bourgogne are made.
At the end of the tour, extend your experience with a guided tasting of three Crémants de Bourgogne and three exceptional Grands Vins de Bourgogne: a white Premier Cru, a red Premier Cru and a Cuvée des Hospices de Beaune, carefully selected for the Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction.
Please note that the production site is not operational at weekends or on public holidays.
