You'll take this wine and music tour, glass in hand, to a number of venues in Meursault, where you'll be treated to four concerts and winemakers will welcome you for a guided tasting of different appellations:
- In the grounds of the Domaine Jacques Prieur, pianists Julien Blanc and Yves Henry, who also founded the Festival, will take turns at the keyboard, playing 4-handed scores from Schubert to Brahms and Satie, while Domaine Guy Bocard will be tasting its wines in the shade of century-old trees.
- At Mr and Mrs Wambergue's home, you can hear the Cordes à lame duo. An encounter between the piano and the accordion, based on the world of Claude Nougaro, Michel Legrand and Richard Galliano, spiced up with jazz and Brazilian music. The result of a musical and human encounter, the Cordes à Lame duo takes us on a journey through contrasting and multiple worlds, mixing jazz standards, revisited French songs, original compositions and forays into Brazilian music in a programme featuring Claude Nougaro, Michel Legrand, Richard Galliano and Antonio Carlos Jobim.
The subtle, intense dialogue between the two instruments creates a singular space, where the breath of the accordion meets the strings of the piano, creating an intimacy shared by the audience. Wines from the Pierre Morey estate will be available for tasting.
- At the Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx, what if trumpet and harp were to come together in the most original of combinations for a grand romantic voyage? That's the challenge set by the Mélofil Duo in a lyrical musical odyssey from the end of the 19th century to the present day: original pieces, but also transpositions of musical works that have travelled through the ages and left their mark on people's hearts. An excursion into the land of romantic melodies, where the virtuosity and clarity of sound of the harp mingle with the warm timbre of the trumpet, not forgetting its cousin, the velvety-smooth flugelhorn.
Join us on a journey through an aerial sculpture, ephemeral and full of poetry, with Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel, Reynaldo Hahn, Jean-Baptiste Beauchamp, Vladimir Cosma, Astor Benny Golson... It's an exciting adventure in sound! Enjoy a tasting of the Domaine's wines.
- NNN, you'll be greeted by music from the Trio Arapop, a contraction of Arabic music and pop music. An Arapop concert is a plunge into the world of pop, filtered through Arab music. Pink Floyd, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin or the Velvet Underground, as well as a few traditional tunes, make up a full moment under the spell of this bewitching Arabic variation of our theorboes and other baroque lutes. As a counterpoint, Domaine Berthelemot wines will be available for tasting.
