Five white wines, starting with local appellations (Auxey-Duresses, Saint-Romain) and continuing with the ‘Golden Triangle’ of the Côte de Beaune (Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet), including one 1er Cru wine from these appellations.
To round off this tasting on a light-hearted note, we’ll be offering a final white wine, served blind.
