L'Hôtel de Beaune

When the Jadot family, Burgundian merchants, decided to sell their 19th century mansion, Johan Björklund immediately understood that it was the perfect place but was not yet sure of its use.

The ambition to create a 5 star hotel was born in 2002 when the hotel opened. Over the years the hotel has grown and become a reference in the centre of Beaune
Following numerous renovations, and the acquisition of the neighbouring historic Monastery, the Hotel now offers 16 rooms, suites and apartments just a few metres from the Hospices and the Halles.

Johan wanted to create an experience in his hotel similar to what he would do at home: a family home. As a chef, the experience could only be complete with the opening of the signature restaurant "Le Bistro de l'Hôtel". Simple and friendly cuisine, just like a Sunday meal, using local and seasonal products.

Next door to the Bistro de l'Hôtel, the Jabco Fine Wines boutique is a destination for all Burgundy lovers looking to find that rare gem. Selections of wines from the greatest estates and exceptional bottles patiently sourced by Johan.
