I offer Burgundy cheese and wine pairings in the form of convivial tastings, to help you discover the region in a different way, through taste and encounters. We taste 6 carefully selected cheeses and 6 wines, with local nuggets and must-tries. I'll explain how the pairings work, why some are surprising, and how to repeat the experience at home. It's delicious, informative and, above all, a great time to share.
