The Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx, a historic 18th-century building in Meursault, offers exclusive sensory experiences. Each visit highlights the unique character of Burgundy and our 3 estates:

Domaine de la Commaraine and its Clos Monopole dating back to the 12th century :
Domaine de la Bourgogne d'Or, known as one of the most aristocratic estates since its Château was founded in 1112, and its 3.75-hectare Clos Monopole in Pommard Premier Cru, now farmed biodynamically.

Situated in Rully, Domaine Belleville owns vines mostly in Rully and Mercurey. The estate has been in organic conversion since 2017. Its wines are made with strict respect for the climates. Each wine comes from a single parcel in order to make the most of the diversity of the terroirs.

Les Parcellaires de Saulx, a small house of haute couture wines in Meursault with a unique approach. Each wine produced comes from a single parcel in some of Burgundy's most prestigious appellations.

We offer private tours of our cellars and Manoir. Vinifying 70 sought-after Burgundy appellations, from village to grand cru, our tastings are a journey to the heart of the climats. From parcel to parcel, the taster understands the notion of climate so dear to our region.

During the Immersion tasting, you will taste 5 wines (3 Villages and 2 Premiers Crus) with commentary by our sommelier and visit our cellars.
