We cultivate the vines with a constant concern for the environment and respect for the terroir. It is important to take the utmost care with our raw material in order to obtain quality grapes that are rich and concentrated.
We vinify our wines in the most delicate and natural way possible, simply helping the indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes to work their magic and transform the nectar into wine.
Today, the estate covers 12 hectares, with the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellation being the main product. Located in the heart of the appellation, our vines produce the estate's flagship wines. Gourmet and full of fruit, our Hautes-Côtes are the muses of our range.
Far from standard wines, it is with heart and determination that the family works all year round to produce a wine that best reflects its terroir and grape variety, a wine with its own identity, a wine that is unique every year.
