With the "Expérience Remarquable de la Vallée de la Gastronomie" label, we've created a special "Vallée de la Gastronomie" truffle lunch, from starter to dessert, cooked on site by our chefs Jean and Alexis.
Before lunch: a presentation on the world of truffles by Nicolas, followed by a truffle-hunting demonstration in our park with Taïga.
Sample menu, which may vary according to the season and the chef's inspiration:
- Appetiser: Burgundy truffle butter toast with a glass of sparkling wine
- Starter: Trio of homemade terrines with seasonal vegetables and truffle vinaigrette
- Main course: 1/2 pigeon stuffed with foie gras and truffles, seasonal vegetables, truffle butter
- Dessert: the experience continues!
