BIERE EXPERIENCES

Welcome to our workshop, located in the heart of the "Brasserie de France" campus.
We will take you on a zythological journey of 1 to 4 hours during which you will learn all the secrets of craft beer, as well as its tasting and/or manufacturing techniques.
Our "Discovering craft beer" workshop allows you to acquire the basic knowledge of beer in 1 hour, and to taste 3 craft beers.
Our 2-hour workshops offer you a complete initiation to the art of tasting and its vocabulary, either on beers or on cross tastings of beers and wines.
During our workshop "you are the brewer", in teams of 2, at your workstation, you will implement an "all grain" recipe, from the weighing and crushing of the cereals to the fermentation, including mashing, boiling and hopping.
Educational and interactive, all the sessions are led by passionate professionals, who will listen to your questions
