The Cassissium presents its fun, interactive museography: enter the world of the blackcurrant and discover its history and its many uses in cooking, pharmacy and perfumery. Your discovery of the world of blackcurrants continues with a guided tour of the Védrenne liqueur factory, where you'll be introduced to the making of the famous crème de cassis, before enjoying a tasting session in the form of an aperitif lunch with savoury and sweet bites to sublimate blackcurrants in all their forms, accompanied by a blackcurrant cocktail.
