A New Place to Discover in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune

A new place to eat nestled in the Hautes Côtes welcomes you to share the experience of a tasting meal. At the heart of the village of Nantoux, Pauline, from the family of the Denis Charles estate (she is the niece), has embarked on this new adventure with real enthusiasm.

The principle of the table d’hôtes (guest table) at the estate

Other major estates of the Côte de Beaune have already set an example by inviting their visitors to discover their appellations over a tasting meal, to perfectly illustrate the food and wine combinations. Often, it’s a relatively simple menu of local specialities, to highlight the aromas and flavours of the different Crus from the estate.

A family business

For Pauline’s tasting table, it truly is a family affair: it’s Pauline’s mother who works in the kitchen while Pauline herself personally takes care of introducing and organising the tasting of the estate's wines, providing a specialist commentary and advice. In a relaxed setting, two small rooms with no-frills decor welcome you in for a moment of sharing and conviviality. So don’t delay – come and discover this charming little place!
