Laurent Gotti is a journalist and taster (Guide Hachette, Terre de Vins, etc.). He holds a professional certificate in sensory analysis. He is also the author of the book "Hospices de Beaune - La Saga d'un hôpital-vigneron" published in 2009 by Féret.
