Atelier « c’est vous le brasseur »

Come and brew your own beer, during a 4-hour workshop, supervised by passionate professionals.
Raw materials and production processes, as well as tasting techniques, will no longer hold any secrets for you!
You will choose your recipe among the 5 propositions elaborated by Paul, our master brewer: pale ale ("blonde"), Weizen ("white"), IPA, triple or Amber Ale (amber).
From the weighing of the cereals to the fermentation, via mashing, rinsing, hopping and boiling, you will carry out all the key stages of the brewing process.
After fermentation, you will collect 12 large bottles of the recipe brewed during the workshop.
