Beekeeper in the Beaune region. Production of honey and beehive products. Visits to the honey house on request and talks in schools to explain the important role of pollinators. All my apiaries are sedentary and three quarters of them are located less than 15 km from Beaune. The others are between Beaune and Autun. When conditions permit, I produce spring honey, acacia, lime, all-flower, buckwheat and chestnut honeys, pollen and propolis.
