The olfactory journey is a sensory, educational and fun programme for wine lovers curious to discover the aromas that make up a wine’s bouquet.
This tour features several barrels on which are arranged:
a stainless steel sleeve with 4 reversible flaps under which there’s a photograph representing the desired aroma.
4 stainless steel tubes closed by wooden stoppers shaped like glasses which contain the aromas to be discovered.
