This Valentine’s Day menu is the brainchild of Marie Daujat, the chef at the VOCO® hotel restaurant. On the evening of 14 February, you can enjoy a carpaccio of scallops, followed by a veal Involtini, and a soft pear and tonka bean heart. It’s all part of a delicious and creative menu, priced at €90 per person.
